In the MoMA Museum There are so many works of art that are breath taking, strange, hard to understand, and overall very interesting. Three Works of art that struck me were a historic, cultural, and a personal. They are all very different from each other from the fact that one is a photo, the other is a sculpture, and a painting.
One work of art that i have seen in the MoMA that made me think about history is the Photo by Klaus Staeck (The New life from the Ruins ). Staeck made me look at this photo and made me think about todays society and how it took over so much of the enviorment. So many pants and trees have been destroyed from building things that make our lives easier and safe.

Another Piece in the MoMA Museum that captured my attention and made me think about culture and tradition, was a Mannequin that was wearing a apron. This piece was centered in the middle of the room with no label abound it. Yet this made me think about my culture of being European. Most European woman are the ones that clean, cook and take care of their family.
The last art work that i took personal was the paining by Takashi Murakami titled "Japanese, born 1962". This Painting first grabbed my attention from the size of the canvas and my favorite color (purple). I like to think of my self as a average artist, I'm good but still approving and learning. Takashi Murakami has the talent that i hope to get. He draws and paints Japanese art; He doesn't see this character in every day life, but he can see it in his mind and can pt it on a canvas. That is what i would love to learn how to do one day. I think of myself as a person with no imagination so i draw and paint of what i see with my eye, but not my mind.
